1. Introduction

Welcome to AllTinyLocs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

AllTinyLocs provides beauty salon services specializing in loc maintenance and styling, as well as beauty and hair care products for sale in Rwanda.

2. Booking and Services

2.1 Appointment Booking

  • Appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone
  • A valid email address and phone number are required for booking confirmation
  • Appointment confirmations will be sent via email and/or SMS
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In this case, the deposit will be automatically transferred to the new booking.
  • Cancellations made at any time result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are considered late cancellations, and the deposit will be retained.
  • No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit.
  • Clients receive a confirmation message four to two days prior to the appointment. Failure to confirm before 24 hours to appointment will be treated as a cancellation.

2.3 Service Guarantee

  • We strive to provide the highest quality services
  • Service duration may vary depending on hair type and desired style
  • Additional charges may apply for extra-long or thick hair
3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product Orders

  • All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF)
  • Product availability is subject to stock
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly

3.2 Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Full payment is required upon delivery
  • Coupons and discounts cannot be combined unless specified

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available within Rwanda
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight
  • You must be available to receive the delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses

3.4 Returns and Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and unused
  • Returns must be in original packaging with all labels intact
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned
4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

4.2 Account Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Termination does not affect existing orders or obligations
5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with Rwandan data protection laws.

  • Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties
  • We may send promotional emails (you can opt-out anytime)
  • We use cookies to improve your experience
